Abdul Razak Iddrisu, known as Ron, has a passion for barbering that started at home cutting his siblings' hair and was shaped into a professional skill by his cousin, a seasoned barber who mentored him early on. With 29 years of experience including 15 years at Exotic Trends in Accra. Ron built the expertise and vision to found Barbers Academy Ghana. His mission is simple: to elevate the barber's image and equip aspiring barbers with the cutting techniques, health and safety knowledge, customer service, and business skills they need to succeed.
